Nowadays a lot depends on progress in medical diagnostics. New and emerging technologies are being introduced into a wide variety of medical fields set new standards for health care services. 

     The correct diagnosis is half the battle against the disease. And if the diagnosis was made in the “embryo” of the future disease  a human life could be taken out of the risk zone without expensive surgical treatment. The project  upgrading medical diagnostic centers is intended to deal with the renewal of diagnostic equipment in the clinics of the Odessa region with more modern models satisfying the current European standards of medicine.

Project gloals

1. Improving the quality of medical services.
2. Bringing diagnostic equipment in Odessa region clinics to the world norms and levels.
3. Improving the quality of life and health of the region’s residents
4.   Seeking opportunities to provide public and private medical institutions with quality diagnostic equipment

Project tasks

1. Raising and accumulating the necessary funds for the purchase of medical diagnostic equipment
2. Working with international charities to assist in the purchase of medical equipment
3. Attracting targeted grants to improve the quality of medical care.
4. Wide promotion of the upgrading project in the media in order to involve large companies  and private individuals in the Odessa region.

At the moment the upgrading program involving with the diagnostic medical center “VITAMED” may obtain the new diagnostic equipment on its balance under the program of international cooperation with the European humanitarian funds in the nearest future.
